We're a fairly new startup (3 months old) and wanted to make it super simple for U.S. companies to hire top data talent in Latin America. We handle everything from sourcing, screening, payroll, and compliance, removing all the global hiring headaches for you.
I've spent the last 8+ years working in data and analytics, and my Co-Founder is also a data guy living in Argentina. Our goal is to essentially automate this whole process once we find product market fit 📈 🚀

@goyashy thanks, I appreciate it! We do multiple rounds of interviews. We screen for English, data tools and finally have candidates walk us through an end-to-end data project where we dive in and ask technical questions. My Co-Founder and I have both worked in data and analytics for many years so we love talking data 🤓

@exo_cody there is such great talent in Latin America, it’s just a little tricky for US companies to find the talent and manage global compliance. So when my Co-Founder approached me with simplifying the process and helping US companies and folks in Latin America, it was a win-win and inspired us to start building dataplots 🚀
