Hey Hunters, We’re Rui & Mattia, a team deeply passionate about Tech & Sports. We built Daily WOD app, initially for people who were at home and could not go to the gym/crossfit box, because of the pandemic, but also to show a bit more about functional training. The app is also for people who like this type of training and need some daily workout suggestions. Daily WOD gives you a random WOD from our collection every day, of Benchmark WODs and Open workouts, to new and incredible workouts. Don’t like our daily word suggestion ? No problem Simply click the “Try a different workout” button. Just do your workout while the timer counts up. You can end your counter WOD anytime by clicking the finish button on top right, and share your time with friends. We have both METCON and lifting type workouts: - Open, Regionals and Games WODs - Benchmark WODs - Travel / Home workouts - Partner / team workouts - EMOM - AMRAP - RFT - FORTIME - Lifting (powerlifting, weightlifting) - Endurance (running, rowing, skiing, biking) - Simple counter/timer (in progress) We are always looking to improve.
