Hey everyone 👋 Anyone who's tried to write creatively knows how important it is to write regularly. But writer's block is real and with such busy lives it's easy to stop writing completely.
With Daily Prompt we want to help writers start and stick to a writing habit. As well as the inspiration and accountability to show up regularly, we're helping aspiring authors get regular feedback on their writing so they can improve and develop their writing skills more quickly.
We're in the process of transitioning from a simple daily prompt app to a tool & community with a focus to help new writers stick to their writing goals. Any thoughts/feedback about where we can improve are really welcome :)
Love this idea as a warm-up writing exercise. Wonder if you've thought about any ways to help writers transition from their prompt to whatever other projects they're working on at the time.
@lukebailey great idea, Luke! We're definitely trying to find a way to somehow make the writing relevant in users' own novels/creative works too. We've got some tip-of-the-day stuff coming up soon which will provide tangible lessons that can be taken elsewhere. And we want to give the users more freedom about what kind of goal they set when they join so we can help support their writing goals whatever they may be.
Can you think of anything else that would be beneficial if you're writing your first novel, for example?
I don't think that would work for you. Everyone knows that if you need to write a quality personal statement for a job, it's best to use this service. Two years ago I was planning to move to Abu Dhabi and get a good job there. I was only interested in a job with a very high salary, so that I could afford the life I dreamed of. Thanks to this service and its ingenious staff, I got a good and quality personal statement. I recommend you to do the same!
