@imhardikdesai Congratulations on the launch of CraftUI! This innovative web app truly revolutionizes UI development by allowing users to generate components from image and text prompts. The features like Add Themes, Select Styling Frameworks, and Explore Sections provide a comprehensive toolkit for developers. The inclusion of Code View and Conversion, Version History, and Element Inspection is incredibly valuable for refining and perfecting designs. Upvote Posts is also a great way to engage the community and gather feedback. As I explore the capabilities of CraftUI, I'm curious if there are any areas where you see potential improvements or gaps that could be addressed in future updates. Additionally, would it be possible to enhance the user experience by offering an option to use the app without requiring sign-in? This could make it even more accessible and convenient for users. Looking forward to seeing how CraftUI evolves!

I can already see this speeding up workflows and boosting productivity significantly. Upvoting this for sure! Features like Version History and Element Inspection will definitely come in handy for tracking changes and ensuring quality. Can't wait to dive into the code view and see how seamless it is to integrate these components into existing projects. This could really set a new standard in no-code tools. Wow Desai! I can't say I didn't have the same idea as you, but you made it real. Really amazing. Styling, presets and themes make this so easy and fun. Really congrats man!

Compared to v0 that builds out the entire website, I think this is more useful. I think it'd be great in the future that you can feed it a framework/library/figma files and it will generate based on the styling of the design. This way, you can get something that's well tested but also be flexible. Congrats @imhardikesai!
Desai Hardik
@tonyhanded That’s a great insight! I agree—focusing on specific components makes it more useful. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey Desai, I'm interested in how the AI handles more complex design requests. What's the most intricate UI component you've seen CraftUI generate successfully? How customizable are the outputs once they're generated? Congrats on the launch!
Desai Hardik
@kyrylosilin Hey, Thanks for the support! 🎉 CraftUI can handle complex designs, like multi-level menus and responsive dashboards. Once a component is generated, you can easily customize it—change the layout, style, inspect details, and even regenerate parts with new prompts. It’s designed to give you full control over the final design. Appreciate you reaching out!

Promising product, but I am a bit lost in what exactly I will be getting with this product. So, I enter a prompt and get an image? A figma component? Some CSS code? It would be nice if you could make it clearer. And you certainly need a landing page if you wish more users to sign up. You can add more info into your "About" page and make that your landing page and separate the app from landing page. Also, make the info about pricing clear even if it is free. All the best!
Desai Hardik
@naomigarcia This platform allows you to generate components in various languages like HTML, React, Vue, etc., simply by providing a text or image prompt. CraftUI will then convert your input into code.

Looks very interesting. Congratulations on the launch! How does it handle complex UI components?
Desai Hardik
@ashrita_kumar Thank you so much! 🎉. For complex designs, you can break down the UI into smaller components and work on each part individually.

super hard problem. I like the idea of stylizing it to existing frameworks.
Desai Hardik
@sumeet_pannu Glad you like the idea! Integrating existing frameworks for stylization could definitely make things more versatile and aligned with current design standards. It’s something we’re definitely considering for future updates!
Sumeet Pannu
@imhardikdesai well that'd be amazing but I simply meant where you refer to what type of visuals you'll get is already helpful.
Arnav Ahuja
I really love the idea. I tested it out and the component I got wasn't the greatest haha, but after a few iterations I definitely think this could go somewhere. Keep up the amazing work- you're onto something great!
Desai Hardik
@arnav_ahuja Thank you so much! I'm glad you like the idea. We're constantly improving, and your feedback is super valuable. I really appreciate your support

I'm skeptical, AI might create pretty UI stuff but will it really understand complex user needs or just churn out generic designs, let's hope devs aren't just swapping one set of problems for another🤔
Desai Hardik
@philantrofoot You're right—AI won’t take our jobs, but it can definitely make life easier, especially with no-code tools like this. It speeds up our workflow, making everything more efficient. I hope you enjoy using the tool, and thanks for your support!

Really curious about this tool, but I'm skeptical about relying on AI for UI components, don't you think designers might lose the creative touch, Also, how does it handle complex design needs, would love to see some real-world examples before buying in

Saw the launch and it's kinda funny how this is being called revolutionary when tools like Figma and Webflow already do something similar, but with more polish, I wonder how many bugs we'll see popping up in the first few weeks, hope the AI doesn't mess up too bad otherwise it’s just another tech bro hype train 🚂
Desai Hardik
@sysdevguru I appreciate your perspective. Figma and Webflow are amazing tools, and we’re inspired by their polish and capabilities. CraftUI aims to bring something unique to the table by generating ready-to-use code directly from prompts, which can be a huge time-saver. We’re committed to refining the tool and addressing any bugs that come up. While it’s still early days, our goal is to create a genuinely useful tool that complements what’s already out there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

This is awesome. Congratulations on the launch. Some features that would make it super for me are: tests, storybook, sass, framework specific code or even more than that eg: Angular+Ionic.
Desai Hardik
@abd_min_jhb Thank you so much!

Looks amazing! Can you tell me more about the themes available within CraftUI? Also, are there any plans to integrate with design tools like Figma or Sketch?
