Just did a meta search for companies "building software to help investors source startups". :) Maintaining a database of companies like this at scale is hard (I have some experience with Product Hunt's taxonomy/categorization and search). Can you share more about how you're approaching this, @abhilash_chowdhary?

Thanks @rrhoover for trying the product. Yes, maintaining a database is hard. We are using public sources like Linkedin to keep the list of companies fresh. Regarding the taxonomy of companies, this is where LLMs help. We use them in 2 ways 1. By utilizing the embeddings of company description for semantic search 2. Fine tuning our own LLM to spit out the category of the companies

The idea is spot on, but it is still having a hard time finding companies (based on my test). I tried "child care" and "crypto wallets", and got a blank list. Anyway, congrats on the launch and keep it up!
