That looks really good. We had a lot of problems like that in my previous company. Mostly for TV production, however we needed a way to quickly share and comment on high res videos, with overlaid drawings and text, sometimes even frame by frame. I don't know if this could work for that?

@reuben_carter We don't have any file-level collaboration (where you could comment on a video frame-by-frame), but the idea does sound interesting. If you're still in touch with your previous company and think it would be something they'd use - have them reach out. Building niche features like that is always an option! Grapevine looks fun btw!
