Hey product hunt community 👋 I built a affordable feedback platform which allows me to have my own feedback gathering framework for my projects moving forward. Why? - I'm on a mission to launch 12 products within 12 month (thank you Pieter & Marc) - I paid $855 for 5 months of a very popular feedback tool, even though it helped me stay in touch with my customers, it literally ate into all my profits. - I have my own idea of what I want feedback to be, and how it should work with my users, I want flexibility - I really really need feedback, to know what to focus on, else I jump around too much What can Cheap Feedback do? 1. Allow users (makers) to create project boards, and share it publicly with the world. 2. Allow users (feedbackers?) to view given feedback about a product (when not logged in) 3. Allow users (feedbackers?) to add new feedback to a project board (will have to be logged in, this is to reduce spam) 4. Allow users (feedbackers?) to leave comments on other users' feedback, and also reply to other comments. 5. Allow the project board creators to decide whether they want to make feedback publicly visible, or leave it private, allowing private conversation with the person who submitted the feedback. What will I be adding in the future: - I'm not sure, I'll be checking my own feedback board to see what people want - You can check my board to see what I have already thought off - I'm really good and educated with AI, so maybe some AI features if users' suggest some Want to try it out, but you really don't have the funds? - Right now, I have made it paid only, but if you feel that it's too much, please reach out to me personally with your use case and we can have a chat to see what we can do. I would like to help where I can. Mentions - Thank you to my girlfriend for telling me my original logo sucked, and creating me a logo, and sticking with me in our tiny room while I chase my dreams - Pieter and Mark for inspiring me Thanks, Jason 🦄

TLDR; - Feedback tools shouldn't cost $200/m. - This feedback tool does not cost $200/m. - LMK if you cannot afford the pricing. - You can check out my own board here: https://www.feedback.cheap/proje...

Pricing is lifetime, yearly, monthly? Not clear to me..
Jason De Jesuz
@to_p Sorry it’s not clear. I’ve attempted to show what you get for each price on the home page. One time fee applies in this case, and you get either 1 project, 5 projects, or unlimited projects. I’ll change the text to be more clear, thank you for your feedback.
Jason De Jesuz
@to_p I have updated my pricing to be more aligned with the “Pay once, access forever.” Thank you for highlighting that! ❤️

Amazing work, Jason! Congrats for the launch! I’m currently using Insigh.to to collect feedback from my customers. How does your product differ from it? Also, is it possible to aggregate data from multiple sources with your tool?
Nika
Does it serve as feedback only for features? (or do you have some testimonial/review templates too?) :)
Jason De Jesuz
@busmark_w_nika Oooooooooo, nice idea. ;) I mainly focussed on getting feature requests for this first launch, but I like your thinking around different templates. Although, I'm sure given the current state it can be used for both positive and negative feedback.
Nika
@jasondejesuz Hahaha :D this could deserve a badge :D just kidding :) But I think playing around with new options could bring your tool to a broader audience :)
