The goal for Chatbot Arena is to be the ultimate destination for finding the best AI chatbot builder for your needs.
Disclaimer: I am the founder of Chatwith, a chatbot builder that lets you train a custom GPT chatbot on your data, add Actions to it and install on your website, WhatsApp and more to answer questions automagically.
While building Chatwith, I naturally collected a long list of my competitors. Think: Chatbase, Intercom, SiteGPT...
The list became very long. You wouldn't believe how many AI chatbot platforms are out there, in just under a year!
I decided to make a good use of my list, organize it into a directory and add information to (hopefully) help you in deciding which chatbot builder is best suited to your needs.

@rafal_makes Congratulations ! Savvy conversion of the market research into a product and backlink generator. Are your notes entirely from reading the features offered per product yourself ? For example, I noticed Chatwith offers "Human escalation" whereas you said SiteGPT doesn't...and then I checked their website, and they said they do..

I think finding an automated way to collect chatbots would be a stable way of growing in an ever exponential market. Collecting. dot ai domains and analyzing whether they're chatbot related or not, optimizing SEO and crawling search engine indexes, adding an area for creators to add their own chatbot to your site directly.
