@goyashy Hey Yash, thanks for the great question. The time and placement of the sign-up prompt is fully determined by your GPT and can be easily configured via prompt engineering. We leverage the context the GPT has of the user and the conversation to craft a hyper relevant call to action based on the conversation. When setting up Chat Collect, we provide a default prompt that works best for most of our users that just want to get started, but there are infinite ways to configure this to perfectly match your GPT.
