Hey ProductHunt Community! I’m Marwan, a 16-year-old web developer. Today I’m launching my first project, Changeloggy. It’s the tool you need to boost user-engagement by sharing those unnoticed changes in your application’s update. It has most of the features you want to create a changelog, for free. You can also get Changeloggy Plus for only $2.99 and enjoy additional features that make you OWN your changelog. Insights, feedback from users & more to come! And surely, keep the project going 😂 There is a lot of stuff I have planned to be released very soon, but I decided to launch with features that are now available because I don’t believe in perfectionism. Over the next few weeks there’ll be more and more features, performance improvements and more. I’m actually nervous as I post this now 😀 But, all feedback will be appreciated. Tell me what you think about it, what you think needs to be added and whatever you have to say. Thank you!

This looks like a great minimalist product! Thank you for bringing this out to the world :) I am trying it right now! Question: is there any privacy settings concerning the publishing of the release notes? Like, could it be used just for internal purposes? Or is the page accessible only to the people that have the link to the page?

@hye_nl Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you tried it and I hope you liked it. Nope, at the moment, all changelogs are available for anyone who has the link, however, that's in the application's roadmap, to be released in the future. I am not sure about a specific date since I have exams but I will roll it out when I can, I hope you can still use it, if not, I will anyways try to reply back here when this feature is available. I am planning for this feature to be like the following: - Either make your changelog only private (in case that's how you will want it) And then in a later update to make it possible to have 2 different versions of your changelog (a public one and a private one, each separate). Thank you once again for your comment and please tell me if you have any comments or any other suggestions after trying the app.

I like the minimal UI. have been looking for something to solve this that didn't cost us a leg. Will give it a shot!

hi this is great but the problem I am facing is that once the app is created and you open it in a new window, there is no way to add anything to the changelog and I am also not seeing anywhere to add this as a widget to a website. Am I missing something?
Marwan Elzeer
@kristin_vargas1 I guess this is a problem from my side that it isn't obvious, but, when you go to https://app.changeloggy.live/app..., you can click on your App Name (written in black - above the dates), it will take you to the application panel page where you can add new updates, labels & add a widget to your website as well if you go to Integration > Widgets and follow the steps over there. Please tell me if you have any other problem, and in an update later today I will change the link text to something that looks like a link so that it doesn't confuse you anymore. Thank you. Update: The update is applied and the issue you reported is fixed. Changelog: https://app.changeloggy.live/new
