It feels like a homecoming in many ways. Capitol AI is the most powerful way to make creative content with artificial intelligence. Our vision is to build a platform that allows everyone to be creative with AI. With Capitol AI, you'll be able to create faster than ever - no more wasting time switching between clunky apps with bolted-on AI. It’s our belief that co-pilots are not an ideal experience for generative AI. Using co-pilots feels like doing surgery with mittens on. AI tools should be seamlessly integrated in the context of product functionality. We've combined the best AI models (fine-tuned Mistral, GPT(s), SDXL, & more) into one seamless workflow for multimodal creation that includes narrative generation, image creation, iteration, and information retrieval. We paired that workflow with a user-friendly experience, making your idea creation quick and powerful. @lenny_rachitsky @shaunmodi I just dropped the URL of this page into my iSteve mode, which makes Steve Jobs product announcements of anything: https://www.capitol.ai/story/8c4... The custom modes are a fun and flexible way to create any type of content. Creating a mode requires nothing more than few clicks/instructions, and then you can automate content generation that suits your needs.

Some pretty unique experiences here! I love that you can have Capitol rewrite just one section that you're working on. Start with a bigger prompt, then fine tune each section with some minor prompts to get exactly what you want!

The user experience is incredibly intuitive - particularly given the varying output formats that are available. This feels like an AI platform that adds value for experts and that everyone can use !

@vapioneer Thank Matt! We put a lot of work into the UX/UI. There are still a bunch of things that I know we need to improve. Predominately, I think we can be better on mobile. Any suggestion you have of how we can get better?

I really like the product. I’ve used it to create various reports and like the UX for iterating. I think it’s much more intuitive than eg Midjourney. It’s be good if there was integration with Google docs!

Congrats on the launch, Shaun and team!! This looks incredible. I'm a GenAI power user - I use ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity on a daily basis (yet to test out Gemini 🫢) ... After using Capitol, I'm super impressed with how this augments my ~creative~ activities. ChatGPT is great for logic / reasoning ... Claude is great for long text / proofreading ... Perplexity is great for search ... now I found my new creative companion! 🙏🪄
