Congratulations on the launch. I was just looking and exploring some tools in this space to power our sales team. I mean what are the odds right? Will definitely try the product this week. The playground is a great feature. kudos to the dev team. however, I would recommend coming up with a transparent pricing plan atleast for the professional plan. Also please look into the font sizes and font family used for this. Could be better.

CallZen offers a variety of features on tracking conversation points ranging from sentiments, talk speeds, interruptions, rejections etc. to incorporate all aspects of conversation tracking.
