I have 5 different calendars, each one for different needs and clients. I can see my availability across all of them using the standard calendar app on my phone, however, the people I interact with only see a slice of it: specifically only the calendar they have access to. So I had numerous cases where they would book some time with me at a time they have observed as "free" in my calendar they had access to, however, they had no idea I was actually busy due to something else present in one of my other calendars. So I'd find myself double-booked! And then the ping-pong of emails would start: "can you do this date/time? I see it's free in your calendar!" "Well, it's free in THAT calendar you are looking at but it's not free in my other calendar. How about this other day/time instead?" Calendrz saves me all that hassle: I added all my Google and Microsoft accounts into it and whenever I get a meeting in one calendar, it automatically blocks time across all my accounts. The meeting gets moved? Calendrz takes care of that and moves the time blocks around in all my calendars. Meeting gets cancelled? Time gets freed up across all my calendars! Even better, in doing so it doesn't share any information about why that time is blocked, so I can avoid any embarrassing situations where my clients see each other's meetings details in my calendar. On top of that I use Calendly, so I can now safely submit one account to Calendly safe in the knowledge that what Calendly sees is a true reflection of my availability across the board.
