Hi! I’m Robbie Bhathal, founder and CEO of Brightflow AI. My co-founder Jeffrey Priebe and I started Brightflow AI with the vision of simplifying finance for all. Our mission is to empower businesses with financial insights that support effective cash management and equitable access to capital.
Growing up, I watched my father struggle with his business’ finances. He owned a small store, which was our family’s livelihood. As a small business owner, my father had limited access to information, which made understanding and managing his business’ finances difficult. At a very young age, I began noticing that in our data-driven world, access to information and financial tools seems to be more readily available to those who already have plenty of resources.
Jeffrey immediately resonated with this need, having worked with clients in similar situations in his previous business, and also having felt the same pain himself. So we set out to build a tool that provides small businesses with the same services and financial planning tools that fortune 500 companies have. We built Brightflow AI to help eCommerce business owners reduce the fear of not knowing what will happen, to plan for unforeseen financial events, and to make sure that, as a member of the Brightflow AI community, you will always have the information you need to make data-driven decisions.

@dan_tegzes We have two primary ML use cases now - 1. time series based forecast models which we built using prophet library; 2. LLM solution for Entity resolution to connect review data, 3rd party product distribution data to the brands, which helps to form a graph based domain knowledge model. Our insights, further prediction on the band's growth is based on this connected domain knowledge model. Thank you so much for being interested in brightflow.ai.
@dan_tegzes Additionally: We have two sets of data: one provided by the customers with to-the-penny information and the other from what we glean from the global marketplaces (2.5M brands) and we use ML to inform and predict growth of categories and specific brands based on a number of signals in this data set. We use this to inform our forecasting that we provide to our customers.
