👋 Hey Product Hunt! I’m thrilled to introduce BlitzWizMap 🗺️✨ The inspiration for this project came from my experience creating multiple map apps manually for various clients. It was a time-consuming process, and I realized there had to be a better way. That's when the idea struck me: why not build a generic web app that automatically generates custom iOS or Android map apps straight from a CSV file? Here’s how it works: Upload your CSV file containing all your location details. Watch as your custom map app comes to life in just minutes—no coding required! 🎉 With this tool, anyone can create a stunning map application quickly and easily, without the need for technical skills. It’s designed to empower individuals and businesses alike to get their locations out into the world without the hassle! I’ve poured my heart into this project, and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and feedback 💫. If you have any feature suggestions or ideas for improvement, please let me know! Check out BlitzWizMap and start creating your own custom map applications today! Your support means the world to me! 🗺️❤️

@hadjimina Thank you so much! happy to hear that

@patrick_nuernberger hey mate congrats on the launch! 1. It would be awesome to have the option to embed the final plugin with my locations and details on the map into the website. If I was a business that sells online\offline, I would like to make such a convenient and visually understandable navigation with a map inside my site. 2. Creators may have problems with uploading applications to stores. The first will probably be accepted, but then Apple can probably reject and refer to plagiarism, similar functionality and user experience of other applications created from your SaaS. Since your applications are created from SaaS and everything goes according to the template, Apple can ask for unique features for each new copy. As a SaaS developer with an option to upload applications to stores based on our functionality, I have already encountered such problems. Each time we had to look for solutions to add custom uniqueness for each specific application in addition to the basic functionality (in your case, this is a map with navigation and points with details). 3. For Google Play applications, it is mandatory to display a button (link) to privacy policy inside the application. It is worth making this a mandatory input field for the Android application, otherwise it will be rejected. Have a great launch!

@adamenko Thank you so much for taking the time to give me feedback 1 will be a new feature. I wanted to launch an MVP first to see if there is a demand for such a product. Thanks for that! 2 is a good suggestion, thank you. I’ll need to think about what else I need to do for that! 3 thanks for the tip, it will be implemented as a required field.

This is quite interesting. I wonder, how does this compare to Atlist, if you have done the comparison
Patrick NĂĽrnberger
@mkotsollaris I didn’t know about this tool, thanks for the tip! In the end, it's basically the same thing, just for native Android and iOS apps. As far as I can see, Atlist is only for web applications. This is just an MVP for now because I wanted to see if there’s even demand for such a product. Of course, I could add more features like filters and search functions. But thanks for your feedback, it was very helpful!

Congrats on the launch! BlitzWizMap sounds like a game-changer for anyone looking to create location-based apps quickly. How easy is it to customize the maps once they're created?
Patrick NĂĽrnberger
@ihuzaifashoukat Thank you! It’s very simple. All your data remains saved, so you only need to restart the map builder and make your changes. A new app will then be built and created, ready to be deployed to the App or Play Store.
This looks like a very interesting app! I can't wait to try it out on my next bike ride :)
Patrick NĂĽrnberger
@hyunhojeong I'm a bit curious—why do you want to use the app for your bike tour? :)

Launching soon!
meh dude, so csv to points in a map? we could spin this up with chatpgt and python in 16 seconds. also, please put a sample csv or something so i can at least see what the app does because if not i quit the page and will forget this product.
Patrick NĂĽrnberger
@maxcompe So, you're telling me you build an entire iOS and Android app with Python in 16 seconds, and on top of that, you're pulling the Supabase database in the background? That's insane! How do you even do that? Here in the documentation, you can follow all the steps to generate the app (there you will see the sample csv at Step 1). Have fun! https://docs.blitzwizmap.com/wel...
