Angel Squad - Learn how to invest in startups from a top VC fund

Hey PH friends! 👋 I’ve been friends with Brian for 4+ years now since when we first worked together at On Deck. I even had him on as an early guest on my podcast. I’ve been blown away with what he’s built with Angel Squad. And how much it aligns with his long time true passion: make angel investing accessible to more people. I've been part of Angel Squad for nearly a year now and it is by far the most interesting and active community that I know of. If you are a founder and want to make great connections and start getting into the angel investing space it is something you should seriously consider.

I think what really makes Angel Squad so different is how the team vets its participants. Angel squad has an amazing community in Singapore!

Angel Squad is awesome. Not only have I learned a lot about angel investing but I’ve met a ton of amazing people as well. One of the best communities I belong to!

I joined Angel Squad in 2021 because I wanted to learn how to be a good angel investor. From the beginning it was obvious to me that Brian and the Hustle Fund team had built something special here. I was looking for an investing community without the ego, and Angel Squad has delivered on creating a unique community of curious, intelligent, and empathic folks. I’m grateful to be a part of the Squad and signed up for a lifetime membership. Looking forward to many years to come!

I joined Angel Squad earlier this year and went from being super intimidated about angel investing to making my 10th investment this month. I can't recommend Angel Squad enough! Aside from being able to invest alongside Hustle Fund, I also got to meet a lot of special angels and builders through the squad.

I joined the squad 7 months ago. It's a great community of investors, founders and career professionals. The diversity of backgrounds and experience make the events interesting, everyone brings a different perspective. The deal sharing is nice, and hearing the GPs at Hustle discuss deals in an intimate setting is helpful for understanding early stage investment. It's a paid community, this is a perk. Members are committed and the quality of networking is kept high. Overall I'd recommend it if you're interested in learning about early stage investing or if you're looking for a time efficient path to building a wider network at the intersection of tech and investing.

Angel Squad is the best angel investor community I've been a part of. I've learned a ton from the incredible folks in the community and can't wait to be more involved as time goes on. Kudos to Brian and the Hustle Fund team for making Angel Squad a reality!

This community literally changed my life, my network and knowledge have exploded from the point I've joined until now. 18 months ago I was working on a (now defunct) startup that I wasn't able to raise money for and one of the few VCs who gave me feedback asked "how is this business going to 100x in <10 years?" And I responded with "I didn't know that was the goal..." Cut to today and I've seen hundreds of deals, have a framework for evaluating them, and have a network of incredibly kind and smart investors who I can ask questions to and share notes. I went from not understanding the basic principles of VC to being more informed than most founders I know, and no one in the squad is an a-hole! Angel Squads 4 life 🙌
