I was a little surprised that it asked for a bunch of personal information and wanted to track my motion/fitness. This post only mentions battery life prediction. This app is actually a mashup of battery life tool and fitness tracker. This pairing doesn't really make much sense to me. I'd be more likely to keep the app if it only had the battery life portion.

@patrickjbradley Hey patrick -- the fitness tracking is mostly for users of our AMPY MOVE device. You can disable sharing of the permissions and the prediction will still work fine!

Yeah I am not interested in creating an account for simple battery info.

Hope it doesn't consume a lot of battery by itself :P

this seems cool. the percentage battery meter on iOS is very vague, this app gives you an estimate of how long your battery is going to last in minutes.

The perfect app for those who like to live on the edge. . . of iPhone power. (Installed immediately.)

Make sure it works with iPhone 5 - those guys need it with Apple's defective batteries ;-) Yeah, I was one of those.

It seems this works with their device called Ampy Move which uses power generated from your motion. Looks like a pretty cool device. Anybody using it here?
