Hi, Luke here! I am a software engineer who enjoys travelling and has friends in the Airbnb space. Last year I decided to cycle from London to Paris on a whim and wanted to set up some alerts for cheap Airbnb listings along the route. I realised there was no tool to do such a thing, so I built one! I know how troublesome it can be to use Airbnb itself, let alone to compare with other accommodation providers and with Alertbnb I aim to provide a service that makes it as easy as a few clicks to find accommodation for a new journey or holiday and avoid all of the associated headaches that usually come with it. If you use the site and love it or hate it, please let me know! I'm posting here to gain some feedback and make the site better! Thanks!

@af1que1 Hi, thanks for the comment! There are very few competitors in the space, most either do not work or are not actively being developed. With the other competitors that either don't work or work poorly, they have been quite basic and have not offered the wide variety of functionality that Alertbnb offers. I have many ideas for Alertbnb and have chosen to take a customer-centric view to make this product better than anything else and offer a solution for people looking to find accommodation. This launch is mostly to gather feedback to make the site better for the users!
