I need to make some features for 2 B2B clients for https://pingr.io. Turned out that apart from small clients I also got couple of big ones, and I haven't prepared for this.
Professional:
+ Incorporate Win and Churn analysis that I did last week into the near-term roadmap
+ Finalize RICE model for prioritized initiatives and share insights
+ Segmentation analysis of our existing revenue - by industry, by agency size, plotted on a map
+ Work with other module PMs to define shared functionality features that could facilitate deeper product adoption.
Personal:
+ Read - Finish "Masters of Atlantis" by Charles Portis and begin "Three Body Problem" by Liu Cixin
+ Workout - 1 hour a day, 4 days of 7
+ Sleep - avg. 7+ hours
+ Nutrition - FFS just be better than last week!
+ Mindfulness - be quiet with my thoughts in a purposeful way for 15 minutes a day
+ Social Justice - continue to listen,learn, engage, and act wherever I can. Begin "Me and White Supremacy" by Layla F. Saad

@rahul__arora Just curious .. was your comment on the landing or the app itself .. or both? I'd love to clean it up, but would love to learn more on what you see as clutter. I'm more proficient in backend systems (platform, infra , ml) .. but not so much on ui/ux .. so any concrete suggestion from your end will help!

Hey, here are a few points from a glance:
1. It's the "Goals aren't as important as habits" section isn't vertically centred.
2. This area also quite a bit of text and all in small font. Would think you can trim down the text or something and get it larger, so there's less strain.
3. There is also very tiny text on the button and the image on the left-hand side when you first appear on the site. It's not great aesthetically.
These kinds of issues seem to repeat themselves as you go down the screen (font size, alignment, large blocks of text). I would try to address these issues first. Hopefully, that helps!

Currently working on a new alcohol brand so my main goal outside of work, is to get a bottle manufacturer on board. It's tough 🤯
Was going to buy a bunch of weed but prices keep falling every month thanks to legalisation. $125 for a Ounce of Bud right now and its just going to get much cheaper. Me Thinks I should wait for prices to hit rock bottom.
