Hi! I'm Kara, the founder, and CEO of Hint. You've probably had hint water if you've entered the offices of Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. Before Hint, I worked at AOL to lead their eCommerce business to do over $1B in revenue/year. And, before that, I worked at a startup with Steve Case (AOL founder) and Steve Jobs (Apple founder). Hint currently has over 40 investors, so feel free to ask about fundraising. What is your biggest takeaway from working with Steve Jobs?

@mprosenau i never worked with Steve Jobs. I wish I had. I did work at a company that was his idea though and a spinout of apple.

Hey Kara! I've only recently heard of Hint Water, but now notice it in so many tech offices (like Facebook, Zenefits, etc.) Have you or the team been doing anything in particular to get it in front of a tech audience? (seeing a lot of cool tweets about it) 😜

@ems_hodge top 3 fundraising tips 1. know your audience -- have they invested in your category before 2. do they get what you are talking about? highly unlikely that a dude will invest in pantyhose (aka Spanx!) 3. get more than you need but not too much more

@bentossell people want health. and they are "on" to all this bullshit around companies trying to sell sugar water and crap. the craze around health is here to stay! @hint is where its at!
