As emojis increase in utility/importance in every day language, the difference between Apple's design, and Android, Gmail, Twitter, etc. are also quite confusing (i.e. we don't use certain emojis in the Product Hunt Digest because it will look different for everyone) and texting people on Android is a whole different story... 😅

@nivo0o0 Followup @jeremyburge What is your favorite emoji design across all devices and platforms? Least favorite? Personally I'm a fan of Twitter and Facebook Messenger's. I can't stand Android's though.
@nivo0o0 The main thing holding back everyone using Apple emojis could be the potential legality of it all.

@tristanisham@nivo0o0 I'm most familiar with iOS, so to me those feel like what I want to be sending. It's not without its issues, though. We all give Samsung a hard time, but their animals are super cute http://emojipedia.org/samsung/
