What is the best strategy for dealing with questions or messages from users where the bot doesn't know how to respond? Is there any learning strategy behind or they are just ignored? Thanks
@ajimix gotta give users guardrails/set expectations at the outset. I'm not the smartest in the world. But, I'm smart in areas. It helps if ppl know those areas from the beginning ๐ธ
