@tomstocklein, good question ^^ - adding to it, @andrewchen I like the two week sprints to keep a high tempo. How does your team collaborate with the other growth teams at Uber? Do metrics differ or overlap? Do you have an integrated growth strategy between teams or does each head build and direct their own team efforts however they see fit?
