# Your mission
- Close qualified leads. You'll do product demos to companies who are interested in using Gorgias and help them get started by responding to their support questions.
- Generate leads through email outreach (drip campaigns)
- Constantly optimize the sales pipeline, by leveraging data at each step of the process and picking more efficient tool
... and lots of other things to increase by 10x the current revenue!
# Your profile
- You want to join a startup in its most exciting moment: early growth. You want to step up to a challenge of hustling to figure out the sales process
- You're a closer. You don't necessarily have a lot of sales experience, but selling is something you like doing, and you want to get better at it.
- You LIKE TO LEARN. You know that you don't know much, and you want to improve every day.
- You have 1-2 yrs of work experience
- You like to automate your work and analyze data. CSVs are your friends.
