How do I claim a deal?
Our partners will allow you to claim codes through 2 ways:
- Discount codes: When you claim a deal, a code is then revealed. You can then click through to the partner's site to apply the code (if it isn't already applied automatically). See individual deals for more specific instructions
- Landing Pages: Certain partners will require you to fill in a landing page to access the discount or have it applied on your account
Certain offers from partners have restrictions on who can claim them. Check the terms and conditions before claiming the deals to ensure you are eligible.
What happens if I can't claim a deal?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled as long as none of the offers have been redeemed. If any offers have been redeemed, the subscription becomes non-refundable. To cancel your subscription, click
here. To request a refund* because of deal unavailability, you can email sos@producthunt.com with the email associated with your Founder Club account and information on the deal you tried to redeem. *Refunds are only available if no deals have been claimed and you are ineligible for deals. If you have claimed any deals, we will not be able to provide a refund.
