Would you like to make additional money when you learn stuff at work?

I was trying to think about problems that I've got in my everyday life, and one of them was that I could be much better developer if I had some sort of learning habit in my life. Unfortunately I'm too lazy to deep dive into some technical topics after work with joy I'm thinking about service, that will help and motivate employees to learn new things by paying them additional money (employer is paying) Mockup: https://app.uizard.io/p/4a4bcedc Let's say there are some topics that the employee can/should learn. Topics could be provided by team members, the employee or some manager, doesn't matter. He will make notes about each topic, and these notes will have to be reviewed by the rest of the team. If reviewers rejected the notes -> the employee has to correct that, if it was accepted, he gains money (not sure if it could per hour of learning or per topic) 3 core things: - learning goals - notes - review Tomorrow i will ask my boss what he thinks
