Communication tools can help you stay connected with your colleagues, but you always miss the physical company of your co-workers.

I feel quite isolated from teammates, with meetings to help in getting everyone on track but no chance to make small talk or develop a deeper connection. I very much look forward to going back to the workplace soon :)

I started my first job last year and it is also working from home. So basically I don't even know what should be the connection to feel between teammates. All I know is that there is no physical one and not even a mental one because all we have are some zoom meetings, work done and we all then get disconnected. But maybe a few employee interactions like on holidays or playing online games together can work too to set up the connection between teammates.
