Who in your company is responsible for the user experience, the signup flow, the onboarding, the overall experience?

Good question! Honestly, it's a group of people. I noticed people were falling off after registering, and I realized that the sign-up experience wasn't really intuitive, and we found an issue by watching HotJar recordings. The customer experience is ultimately marketing. But marketers aren't typically coding things into the back ends of websites. So it's really a team of people. Data about the experience will remove design by committee.
