Microsoft 365 is great. Outlook is good as it offers integrations with other productivity tools such as Teams, etc.

Just Gmail. Maybe I will switch to hey or smth similar. For now its great

Gmail with couple of great tips from Andreas Klinger, Flowrite, Calendly and for more specific use cases Hunter and YAMM. Have tried Superhuman but wasn't for me.
