When you build a target audience on Twitter, What makes you click 'Follow'?

As for me, I am trying to find and contact people who grow and respond to comments actively. So, I usually check their followers and threads.

(The chance of engagement and long-term contact is higher)

The first thing I do is look at their profile. In case his/her interests match mine, I follow them. Also, I read the first few tweets and find them interesting.
