When it comes to how visitors interact with your website, what do you not have answers to?

What would you like to know about your website and the people that visit it? What information are you not getting out of tools like Google Analytics? We’re in the early days of building an analytics tool (bluegreenanalytics.com) and want to solve the most important problems that people are having and that the giants (like Google Analytics) aren’t solving.

I'd like to know more about the visitors' intentions, if they are coming on my website only out of curiosity or because they are actively looking for a solution we can bring them

@rubenwolff That's a good one! So far, the only way we've been able to decipher intention has been through assumptions, more or less. If the user got to my website, spent a good chunk of time there, but then bounced, it's hard to know if it's because the visitor was looking for something (and couldn't find it), or, if they were just coming out of curiosity. I've also seen some websites produce pop-ups which literally ask the user if "they got what they were looking for". How have you tried to accomplish this? Or, do you have any suggestions/ideas and how it could be achieved? Would love to know more!
