@avidnote @jacquelinclem Are there specific parts of the UX you find particularly frustrating or is it the overall experience?

I'm not sure to be honest. People often say that email is broken, but I haven't had much trouble with my current solution.

@avidnote I don't know that email is broken tbh, I think there hasn't been much innovation in that space in a long time. It hasn't really evolved much. Yes, you could point at apps like Slack and Teams as an evolution of email but I don't think it is because those users still use emails. So either it's a habit that is hard to break or there is something about email that is fundamentally sticky. I am co-founder of http://Telios.io which is an email service, the approach we have here is to make email inherently more private but one of the thing we hope to do as well is to make the email experience evolve by removing attachment size limits, rethinking the folder/category system, etc... We're at the beginning of our journey and will be launching our beta in the next few weeks. That's why I am curious about people's opinion of their email service.
