What tools do you use for managing user insights?

Question

Recording, analyzing, and synthesizing user interviews can get messy. Our team records transcripts via Otter.ai, following by adding highlights in a certain template on Miro. However, searching for verbatim or insight isn't easy.

Any recommendations/ tips to automate and organize this?

Hi. You can try weje.io. For me it became a good alternative to Miro. It is convenient to store and structure information in any form: files, pictures, videos. I’m really glad that I found this app, maybe it will come in handy for you too)
