What tool do you use to set up resource page?

I'm looking for a tool/software, most friendly to set up a resource page.

We have a SaaS product, near to launch. I am creating videos, and writing blogs for help. Which are the most affordable options out there? I can host on my web pages with external links.

@janak_patel56 help desk will be on a different url with user.com same for medium. So that doesn't feet your use case.
Just ask you IT to have CMS module on your website.

I use user.com at QApop it does the job quite well. If you want something super low cost you can go hosting videos on youtube and help desk articles on medium. It could actually help with SEO.
