Getting customers is tough, but retaining them is certainly harder. I'd love to know what small tweaks or modifications to your existing user experience has helped you improve your customer retention

We shifted to better onboarding. It doesn't matter how easy your product may be to use. If your users can't find value within their first visit after signing up, it's going to be a harder task to get them back into the app to upgrade.

A good UX is crucial to retaining customers, in my opinion. Just recently I was choosing between 3 tools for SM post scheduling and chose the one that had a clear design and the process of adding and scheduling posts wasn't confusing
