What process do you follow before the product launch?

I've recently launched GitNoter - https://github.com/vivekweb2013/... Before launching I had - Tested the product throughly - Created a demo video for users to understand the features & functionality of the product - Written a good documentation - Made arrangements to handle good amount of traffic through scaling & load balancing

Out of all, most important is timing & upvotes in different slots of time period of 24 hrs launch day from real active account. All other hacks to get upvotes will end up in losing position in rank and demote the product. Algorithm is now much smarter than before.
