What problems do you have getting active?

👋, So I’m trying to build something in public soon but need to learn more about some problems you all have. So I want to know what problems do you have getting active? Staying motivated? Apps and devices you use? Plus also how you stay motivated on the little things like steps and if you can’t why? Best, Imran

If you believe in what you're creating and set goals and see the bigger picture, the potential success you see for yourself in itself should be a motivating factor. I've mentioned this here before, the three D"s - desire, discipline, dedication. if you're not all-in when creating something and don't believe in it or see no potential outcome in the long run- then why do it

@richw I love you three D's! I am also a great believer that to create new (activity) habits, many people thrive when they break the problem down into small parts and attach those parts to existing habits (before or after.) For example; adding a 5-minute walk to either going to/coming back from the bathroom (or both ways!) I am building a platform and launching on PH soon that leans into that concept.
