Can NFTs be used in DeFi loans? Real estate transactions? Transactions involving physical goods or resources? If so, how do you envision this happening, and have you already seen any use cases in real life?

NFT could bring in barter exchange sort of transactions in all common markets possible as NFTs can't become currency on their own. As you might know the demand, supply and adaptation could make it possible in many markets
