The farther I get into the Saas marketing journey, the more powerful and necessary I find it to be. I hear conflicting information about paid advertisement and whether its appropriate to use in early stage. What do you think?

I hear that one should not utilize paid marketing approaches too early, as it drives customer acquisition costs up. Given that it takes time for an organic strategy to gain traction, I wonder if paid ads are appropriate while the organic strategy develops
