Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset. The versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks. Being able to work remotely (I'm glad that the guys from https://writinguniverse.com/fix-... gave me such a possibility). Variety of work and people, flexible work hours during non-event days. Also, this job allows me to travel more often than I used to when working at the office.
