We all make plenty of mistakes building our first startup. Share only one single piece of advice you think is the most important for first-time founders.

Have a thick skin, but be very receptive to learning as your first few MVPs will probably (definitely) not work.

Here is mine: "Get out the building from day one." It basically means to meet potential customers asap to get feedback and validation.

Have a technical expert on the board of directors or have them as a mentor. :)
Speak to your customers. Best advice I can give. They give you feedback, motivation, ideas. It's all you need to growth.
Get a group of trusted advisors that can help you through the challenges you're inevitably going to get.
