What is the most important Google Analytics metric that you track ?

Of course, knowing the 'number' of visitors is awesome, and knowing your 'bounce rate' is crucial. But, what other specific parameters do you check to analyze your traffic and make your conversion rate better?

High bounce rate may not be so bad, depending on your content. I have a blog, most people come to find an answet to their question. For me, more important is time spent on page.

You have a valid point @mradzikowski . Making the user explore multiple pages is seldom possible for most sites, except for ones like stackoverflow and producthunt i suppose,

Same here, time spent on page. I also like to track search terms, this provides lots of insights into what users would want to read about.
