What is the hardest thing about creating an online course?

For me it is the methodology design itself, which is the most challenging thing. This is actually an art to create an engaging and effective course

I think competition is the hardest part. Yes, you can create anything but growing your users is impossible if you don't have any recommendations, don't offer lower prices, or don't do something better than others offer.
