Hey, all! Hope you are having a lovely (and productive) week😉 What is something small that boosts your productivity? For me, it must be the sun coming from my window, coffee, or a good night of rest. I also value music and random breaks throughout the day in which I do something different (e.g pilates, a german lesson, reading, etc) What about you?

Linking what I do to the bigger outcome. It's a mindset game. Once I get the two connected it's like a switch. My focus, energy, and mood change 180 degrees.

Changing where I work, not for a different company but going to work in a different place or a different room in the house. People have often said that a change is as good as a rest.

@andrew_isherwood1 I absolutely agree! When (once in a while) I work at a coworking space or café, I feel like my focus improves by a lot! Thanks for sharing :)

A physical white board. It completely changed how often I kept doing my chosen habits to develop. I just hate seeing an empty space on any day on my handmade calendar on it.

You would not believe it, just a cup of this coffee https://coffeehustle.org/best-lo... and my day takes on a completely different color. The results of the experiment are consistent with what scientists say about the effects of coffee on productivity. Caffeine has been shown to provide short-term cognitive improvement after ingestion. It was found that 200 mg of coffee helped you identify words and phrases faster.

It seems that I will not reinvent the America, nevertheless, for me these were: 1. good quality and quantity of sleep. 2. daily exercise. 3. Implementing (somewhat forcefully) work-life balance.

@pawelszafa How do you implement work-life balance?

In my view it completely depends on person to person, my rule is to have small breaks and engage in some soothing music with a cup of coffee, it works for me.

For me, it's going full screen - getting rid of tabs and menu bars does wonders for work.

- Some good lo-fi music during my work really helps me stay calm and composed. - Exercising daily gives a massive boost in energy. Drinking lots of water throughout the day helps too. - Focus modes on my phone to block all social media from distracting me. - Watching an episode of some sitcom during my lunchtime to take my mind off work and lighten up my mood.
