Couple of thoughts:

When people try and connect some kind of check to see where you can potentially connect on different platforms (e.g. twitter, linkedin etc) - then a button that can automate that connection.

I'd also offer a premium version of the physical cards where you can print/emboss your name on in some way.

A feature that would fit in with physical events - for example share the parts of the event you're attending, or a way to meetup quickly via connecting using the card

Love the product, I had been meaning to get a digital card for a while, saw you guys on here and it was super easy to use and design-wise exactly what I wanted. The only things I could suggest is having a way for me to easily add it to my apple wallet, idk how much of a pain that would be integration-wise. But the toughest moment for me was once I had the card finding a place to store my QR code that would be easy to find again and again to show people. Right now it's in my camera roll and maybe I missed something on the best way to store it but that can be a bit of a pain as it get's buried in my photos.

Also potentially also doing email signatures which I made recently. I noticed that the process of creating an email signature was about the same as doing a digital business card.

Last idea would probably be a lot of work but right now those cartoon avatar versions of your profile picture are pretty trendy, and having a simple filter that would add that affect to the photo you wanted to use for your business card would be pretty nifty.

@max15 Oh you know when you get an email and the sign off gives the persons name where they work social links and a picture if you want. Here's Hubspots: https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator

But the only main issue for me was just finding a place to store the QR code for the digital card.

@max15 yeah pulling from google is a great idea that's what we do for our product for their profile picture so I know it's not too hard an API, and yeah that would also be an awesome option!

@kit_fach Thanks for all the great ideas, will definitely look into them further, about the avatars we are looking into a couple variants, pull it from the google account, or using a style from somewhere like 'https://avatars.dicebear.com/' to make custom avatars. (or both depending on how person signs up)

@max15 Ok so if both of the users have linked up say Twitter, LinkedIn then the tool could automatically Connect or follow using those apps (if possible) or have some way to speed up/automate the process to connect.
