From my recent experience, if you're startup doesn't have strong monthly revenue, investors won't back you. Even when all the other 'must-have' boxes are ticked! 😤 There's no 'adventure' in venture capital at the moment! At least not here in Australia. 🤔

Before the russian invasion, there were different things. After the invasion, the investors want to see revenue and a low payback cycle.

Should we just check all the boxes for the investor to accept us? Do you build your personal relationships like that? My point is: if you have a new person around the table, you'd better like her/him... If there's no fit between you and the investors, you may get the money but it won't be a fairy tail.

The investor helps young entrepreneurs realize their business goals. This is quite risky, given that when investing in a startup, he must help develop it. Sometimes, he plays an active managerial role to ensure a good return on investment. Of course, this type of investment is not for the faint of heart, but it can give a good return if you choose the right company. You can also use the services of specialists who will conduct analytics and help you calculate finances. You can also invest in real estate. What do you think?
