It is always good to be flexible and change your product according to the needs of the auditory. Even if you understood them right first, they and their needs/problems can change super fast. be adaptable) today, not the strongest survive, but the fastest to adapt) flexibility is everything)

As mentioned above as well, requoting it here "Well changing the product now would need fund and with limited capital available , its very difficult. Marketing Team suggested to inject the sense of demand within customers. Well everyone agreed but I am here for expert opinions"

Well if you realize you've been understanding them wrong, you correct your product accordingly (after making sure what you just found out is right). This is not that uncommon and nothing is unfixable ;)
