What do you answer when investors ask about GTM for B2C (pre-seed/seed stage)

This is a question I'm stumped by from many investors I've met with, not because I don't have a decent answer, but because that answer isn't a soundbite. It's long - we have different channels we've tested and implemented, others we're currently testing, others that might work at scale but aren't a good fit now, and yet others that work now but won't work later. What's your answer that works?
