Scaling my products100X (product led growth):
- One of my product (Letterflix) has grown 50X in 2021
- Another one (Blinkstore) clocked Rs. 35k in its 2nd month of operations.
- My startup (Gosocial) scaled to a team of 25 with product become self-serve by next month.
I have big hopes from 2022 🙌

@rucha_joshi8 SEO has been the biggest growth booster lately. We'll be doubling down on it + a few delightful features that are in pipeline.

⭐️ grow waitlist to 5000 people before launch
🎉 launch EVP in Q1
😊 get as many early adopters as possible (hard to predict exact number rn)
✨ grow our team and proceed to work on v.1.

For my latest project - https://botmenot.com/ - I have not set quantified goals yet, but I'm certain that I'll be launching it officially in Q1 of 2022.
Up until the launch I want to get as many early adopters/beta users as possible and get their feedback on how to further improve BotMeNot.

- Grow customers and paying customers of OrgPad by at least 10x.
- Improve our landing page http://orgpad.com/l/intro.
- Experiment with paid advertisement.
- Support for editing on mobile and tablets.
- Make everything faster.
- Add many new amazing features including full-text search, improved embedding and hyperlink insertion, improvements to text editor, basic image editor, etc.
@pavel_klavik Lots of work cut out and planned for the upcoming year. Orgpad is such a promising tool, wish you all the best!
@rucha_joshi8 We have good idea what to do at the beginning of the year, later we will see, maybe we end up prioritizing something else. There is also a long ongoing project of writing our own text editor which will be awesome.
We try to be as productive as possible. Luckily the entire project in written in Clojure, so it is super fast to do improvements and add new features.
I'm focusing on traction at www.skilledup.life (free talent for tech startups) than getting obsessed with the product. I know, it's not what you wanted to hear.
@manojranaweera Good luck! Traction first and product improvement later seems like a good process as well. Since you will have a better idea in what direction to improve based on your users' feedback

Still working on setting goals for my current project --https://www.wasteremovalusa.com. But, have big hopes for the new year!
I've only looked at Q1 because planning ahead too keenly for a whole year under the circumstances is Inadvisable IMO but first on my list is Get A New Job ahhhhhh I love my current job but the commute is torture and it's not permanent enough to justify moving. Most of my other 2022 goals are queueing up politely behind that one (such as moving to live nearer to said job and then doing all the Living Alone things properly).
I also want to get a new plant (and keep it alive!), keep up all the good sleep/diet/exercise habits I've started in the last quarter and read 6 books (with a long-term view of reading 22 books in 2022 but overall just Do Reading) amanda bynes
