Are you working on building a habit of doing X to improve your mental/physical health, skills, business, productivity or well being? What's working or not working about it?

Hi. I'm working on following habits: - Write one line of code everyday - Write blog post or article or personal journal everyday - Study Chinese everyday - Walk 10,000 steps everyday - Read 15 pages of book Those are my working habits and habit that's not working well is: - Eat best food I can get everyday I think making healthy habits while doing most passionate stuff at the same time is challenging. How do you think about?

@daun_io Wow you are a super human being Daun :) Curious, how important is your 'healthy eating' habit—compared to other habits or activities you are doing well on? Like is reading 15 pages more important than eating healthy or vice versa? Also, in the list of habits you are working on that are working well—is there one or two that are more challenging than others? I don't know the answer to your question around working on healthy habits while working on other things you are passionate about. However, doing the habits that are closely connected to your passions would make it easier. Like writing a line of code everyday might be easier for you to do if you are passionate about becoming a quality software maker
